This homemade sweet tea is cowboy-approved and ranch-ready—sweet, bold, and ice-cold. We keep a pitcher in the fridge all summer long for those hot afternoons on the porch.

Ingredients
- black tea bags - Lipton or 365 brands are my favorite
- white sugar - honey is a great substitute
- filtered water
- lemon
How to Make Cowboy Sweet Iced Tea
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add 6 tea bags.
- Let steep for 5 minutes then remove tea bags.
- Add sugar and stir.
- Let it come to room temperature and place in the fridge.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon.

- 6 black tea bags
- ¼ cup white sugar
- sliced lemon and ice for serving
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat.

- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
- Let tea cool at room temperature then store in the fridge.
