Pork chops and canned peaches simmer away in a tangy homemade sauce, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. If you love a sweet fruit and meat combo, then this recipe is for you!

My husband has been a working cowboy since he was 17 years old. But growing up he helped my father-in-law on his pig farm after school. So he is very fond of pork.
Every year we get a few runt piglets from his pig farm. We raise them on pasture and feed them all the yummy kitchen scraps.
Then, they end up in our freezer and on our table for supper. 🙂

This sweet and tangy pork chop is easy to make and the perfect way to use up those pork chops in the freezer and that can of peaches in your pantry!
