Sheet Pan Meatloaf Recipe

Made with basic ingredients and ready in under an hour, this simple meatloaf recipe is down home comfort food. Just like Grandma used to make!

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs plain or seasoned
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp ketchup divided
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all of the meatloaf ingredients to a large bowl. Mix gently with hands, being careful not to compact the ground beef.
On a lined cookie sheet, shape mixture into a loaf shape.
Mix 1 cup of ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze. Spread evenly over the meatloaf, coating all sides.
Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160.
Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- This recipe can also be made in a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
- Using a meat thermometer is helpful to know when the meatloaf is done.
